I began practicing Pilates in 2002 and found it amazing how challenging classical Pilates could be, especially when done under the eye of an experienced instructor.

In 2012 from the advice of my instructor I took the plunge and earned my comprehensive certification. I continue to take hours of continuing education.

Over the past 12 years I have been teaching Pilates to people of all ages and abilities. I want my clients to have Fun, not only exploring the strength and stability of their bodies through their practice, but also to feel refreshed, invigorated and centered after each session.

My goal in teaching Pilates is for you to take the strength, balance, physical awareness, posture, flexibility, coordination and stamina into your daily life.
